    During this session, we identify:

    • Short-term and long-term goals

    • Current playing level and competitive environment

    • Recruiting timeline (if applicable)

    • Positional role and playing identity

    • Areas that require immediate focus

    • Specific questions or concerns

    We determine whether the primary focus should be tactical development, recruiting strategy, highlight video creation, or a combination of services.

    This is also where highlight video services are formally reviewed. For clients pursuing video creation, full game footage or selected clips must be submitted prior to editing. Clear, high-quality footage is required to ensure an effective final product.

    This ensures every service moving forward is intentional, efficient, and aligned with your objectives.

    Parents are welcome and encouraged to join this session to ensure alignment on expectations and next steps.

    A focused 60-minute 1-on-1 experience built for serious youth soccer players ready to elevate their game and take ownership of their future — both on the field and in the recruiting process.

    Game Film Analysis — Performance Breakdown An in-depth breakdown of your match footage covering:

    College Pathway — Recruiting Strategy Strategic guidance for navigating the college recruiting process with clarity and confidence, covering:

    • What college programs actually evaluate

    • Understanding your pathway options (Division I, II, III, NAIA, and JUCO)

    • Structuring an effective outreach strategy

    • Direct assistance writing and refining your outreach emails to coaches

    The full 60 minutes is yours — spend it however best fits your needs. Whether that's a deep dive into your game film, mapping out your college recruiting plan, or a mix of both, the session is built around what matters most to you. How the time is divided will be discussed and planned together during your 1-on-1 introduction call, ensuring the session is structured around your specific goals before it begins.

    Your highlight video is often the first impression a coach has of you. It must be clear, structured, and intentional.

    This service focuses on creating professionally organized recruiting videos that accurately represent your strengths, decision-making, and playing identity.

    Each video is strategically built to:

    • Emphasize position-specific qualities

    • Showcase tactical awareness and speed of decision

    • Present clips in a clean, logical sequence

    • Remain concise and coach-friendly

    • Include proper name, position, graduation year, and contact information

    Clips are selected and arranged with purpose. Every action included supports your recruiting profile.

    Standard delivery: 7–14 business days

    An optional 15-minute review call is available upon request after delivery to ensure the final product aligns with your recruiting goals. Parents are welcome to attend this review call.
